FAQ
What exactly do you take care of in social media management?
We offer full service, from the first strategic idea to ongoing channel operations: strategy and concept development, content production (on location or in the studio), post-production including editing, color grading and sound design, as well as ongoing support with editorial planning, community management and reporting.
Which industries do you work for?
Our clients range from production companies and broadcasters to businesses from a wide variety of industries. We manage both corporate accounts and channels with recurring editorial content.
Do you also take on individual components, e.g. just production or just consulting?
Yes. We work as your channel management team, as a consultant for specific needs, or as a production partner behind the scenes – whatever fits best.
How does getting started with a collaboration work?
In four steps: briefing, workshop, strategy, management. This way, we make sure every concept fits your channel and your audience, instead of delivering an off-the-shelf format.
Do you also develop concepts for new formats, or only for existing channels?
Both. In-house or with our creative pool, we develop tailor-made concepts, free from rigid formats.
How do you measure the success of your work?
Through ongoing reporting as part of channel management – so you keep track of reach, engagement and growth without having to dive deep into the analysis yourself.
Do you only do social media?
No, social media is just one of our three divisions. We also produce commercials for well-known brands as well as fiction formats such as series and films. For us, social media is not a by-product, but a discipline in its own right, held to the same quality standards as our film productions.
